WPF stands for Windows Presentation Foundation and is a graphical user interface for use with the .NET framework.

A GUI framework brings together a number of programming tools and languages to allow the easy development of a computer program.

WPF is the latest framework from Microsoft and supersedes the earlier Winforms. And, after a quick evaluation of the program, it looks like a very comprehensive, programming environment with huge possibilities for learning.

Learning something new is known to be vital to maintaining optimum mental health. So, part of my learning process is to share the knowledge so that others can share the experience.
